The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit is to build out for the first time a 2,311 square foot office space on the 11,250 square foot 12th floor (Shell and Core done under BLD12-01991). Work is to include: [construction of interior none bearing walls to create; a waiting / reception room, a 277 square foot conference room, 2 individual offices, an open office area, a file storage area, a phone room, a storage room, and a break room], installation of a new lighting, installation of new plumbing, installation of new mechanical, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
