The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
(BABCOCK DESIGN GROUP)(SUITE 940)The fire sprinkler system is used for high-rise. This project is a tenant improvement for Babcock Design Group on the 9th floor of the 8th and main building. The project will consist of open office space, conference room, library, and work room. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing will be part of the tenant improvement to build out the suite. Scope of work includes nonbearing noncombustible partition walls, heavy duty suspended ceiling grid. There are 2 walls that are being constructed under this project in the hallway that limit access around the core of the building. These walls will need to be reevaluated when future tenant spaces are submitted. All high-rise fire and life safety systems must also be installed and operational before occupancy. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department.**ajs**
