(QUAIL HOLLOW CLUBHOUSE)This building was annexed in to the City of Boise in 1982. This permit is to remodel the upper level to relocate the pro-shop from the main level to the upper lever. The lower level will be left as is shown on the demo permit for future work to be permitted separately. The upper lever will include minor demo per plans. The existing windows and doors will have structural modifications; the 2 restrooms will be remolded. The kitchen, seating area, food service area will be renovated per approved plans. A new hi/low drinking fountain will be installed. All interior finish material shall meet the requirements of chapter 8 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
