The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting 4 apartments in a 2 level building. The system utilizes CPVC piping and is designed in accordance with NFPA 13R. Residential sprinklers are used throughout.

(apt #101, 102, 201, 202) Permit for the construction of a new 2-story wood framed 4 unit apartment building and related site work including sidewalks, parking, grading and drainage and associated landscaping. Each unit is 940 sq. ft. in area for a total square footage of 3,760 sq. ft.. The two grade level units that are required to be type B units and two-second story that are not required to be accessible. All work per the approved plans and any redlines.
