Scope of work to include installing a new sand and grease separator to accommodate new wash bay, install a spray paint booth, install an auto lift and frame rack. The existing shop restroom will be remodeled to be fully accessible. The parking lot will be restriped and an accessible parking stall and signage will be installed. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
