The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding a double interlock preaction system, a supply for a future double interlock preaction system and a wet system. The preaction system is a double tree supplied through 6” underground and a 6” header. The tree is a grid type layout.

The underground was installed under permit FIR14-00325

(INVOLTA DATA CENTER) This submittal is for tenant improvement construction permit. Civil and Structural Footing/Foundation/Steel packages were previously submitted and approved under separate permits.

Project is for a new, single-story, 31,460 square foot data center and office tenant, with future 15,400 square foot Phase 2 (to be permitted separately at future date). Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
