The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 4,556 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the removal of existing interior nonbearing partition walls and construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls to create three new individual offices a copy/file storage room, a 490 sq. ft. conference room, a break room and an open office area. There will also be a partial ceiling grid replacement and misc. grid repair. All work per the approved plans and any notations. This is a fully sprinklered building for one-hour substitution any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department.
