Description
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting, (4) two level apartments (townhouses). CPVC piping and extended coverage sprinklers are being utilized. The underground is 2” poly pipe. There will be a 1½” FDC.

To construct a new 3,668 sq. ft., two story, Four unit, apartment building. Units 'A' have one bedroom, one den, and two bathrooms. Units 'B' have two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All 4 dwelling units have their own independent exit. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partition separations are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13R as regulated by the fire department. DRH13-00288 Per Planning and Zoning. Grading Drainage and Erosion Sediment Control plans reviewed under the Grading permit BLD14-00186. See BLD14-00535 for Plan Review Report. **SRZ**

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
