The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of providing a dry system for a parking garage. The 6” underground supplies a 6” backflow preventer to a 6” header. There is a 4” dry pipe riser and a 6” feed main supplied from the 6” header. The 6” feed main supplies the standpipes and floor level control valves above.

The 6” main located on level one above the ceiling will be heat traced, insulated and monitored.

West Sherwood Apartments - Building 1 - To construct a 41,670 square foot, three story, wood framed apartment building. This building contains 57 living units. This building is being constructed on a three-hour fire-resistive concrete podium above a one-story concrete parking garage building. This apartment building is being divided into three buildings by two firewalls.
