Farmers Insurance) Permit to expand the existing Farmers Insurance tenant space from 1,045 sq ft (BLD14-00181)(Suite 100) and adjoining Vanilla Tenant space 1,440 sq ft (BLD14-00183) (Suite 120)into one 2,485 tenant space suite 100. Scope of work to include minor demolition per approved plans, interior nonbearing walls. Interior finish shall meet the requirements of IBC chapter 8. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
