The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting, (4) two level apartments (townhouses). CPVC piping and extended coverage sprinklers are being utilized. The underground is 2” poly pipe. There will be a 1½” FDC.

(CANTABRIA DEVELOPMENT - BLDG 12) - To construct a new 3,668 sq. ft., two story, Four unit, apartment building. Units 'A' have one bedroom, one den, and two bathrooms. Units 'B' have two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All 4 dwelling units have their own independent exit. A "Type A" Accessible unit is located on the 1st story of this unit. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partition separations are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13R as regulated by the fire department. DRH13-00337 Per Planning and Zoning.
