The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To convert an existing 1,917 square foot tenant space to a restaurant. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled (total of 2 restrooms provided), interior nonbearing walls, gypsum board soffits, a Type I hood, a grease duct, kitchen equipment, millwork, tables, chairs, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
