The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of installing approximately 350’ x 6" C-900 fire service, a remote FDC and fully fire sprinkler the new butler type building.

Modification to change the building construction type to VB allowing the storage deck to be constructed with wood I joists and decking. The wall between the service bay and the main area will be removed bringing the mezzanine into compliance with the 1/3 area requirement and eliminating the requirement for the emergency voice alarm system. Permit for the construction of a new 7,500 sq. ft. building to house materials and equipment for the cloud seeding operation. This building is fully fire sprinklered due to the distance to a hydrant. All work per the approved plans, and the attached engineering. CDM
