The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
Permit for tenant improvement of an existing 46,017 sq. ft. Albertsons store. Work to include the reconfiguration of the existing deli and bakery areas; relocation of an accessible restroom; removal cantilevered mezzanine; reconfiguration of check stands; installation of a new type one exhaust hood assembly and related interior finishes per the approved plans. A separate commercial cooking hood permit will be required for the necessary modifications to the hood suppression system. This building is fully fire sprinklered, any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
