The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of installing a complete automatic wet and dry pipe fire sprinkler system throughout the new addition per NFPA 13 for Ordinary Hazard II. Work will begin at the existing 2 1/2" grid mains at the south wall and extend throughout the area of work. A new 4" main will be added to connect the existing system and feed the new 4" main in the addition. The existing system will remain in place

Larry H. Miller - Quick Service and Car Wash Addition and Parking Lot Improvements - To demolish and remove and approximate 1,235 sq. ft., one story detail bay area and construct a new approximate 3,330 sq. ft., one story Quick Service, Storage Area and Automatic Carwash addition. This new addition is being constructed in the southeast corner of the existing 49,440 sq. ft., two story dealership building. The new addition will be constructed of masonry walls and steel roof joist with metal roof deck. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. This permit also includes the installation of a new 476 space parking lot for vehicle display and inventory. All Construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
