Remodel changing occupancy from retail to a new restaurant tenant in an existing 790 sq. ft. tenant space per approved plans. Work to include 2 new ADA compliant restrooms a kitchen with associated mechanical equipment. The area under this space in the basement will be used for storage and a new walk in cooler will be installed. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
