Horn/strobe has been added to Laundry Room, smoke detectors have not been added to the Garden Room, knox box installed, map installed, set off notification and found that sync'ing is an issue with the sound and possibly with the strobes. I stopped the inspection of the horn/strobes as not to continue dicomfort of the tenants.

Todays inspection consisted of verifying that the panel model, NAC model, phone lines, batteries, wire guage at the FACP, revised horn/strobe layout and initial smoke detector layout was correct. Noted corrections are missing smoke detectors in the Garden Room, need strobe coverage in Laundry Room in Memory Care and possible strobe coverage in the east corridor area just outside of Memory Care. Also no sprinkler devices were checked. Missing Knox box and map at the FACP. Need to verify all requirements in the review comments and the revised drawings have been met.

Plans need to be re-submitted showing the additional notification devices needed and relocated NAC panels and NAC panel triggers. Several strobes are overspaced. Alot of old devices have not been removed. Strobes need to be added in common restrooms and Linen Rooms/Laundery Rooms. There are ceiling obstructions that effect strobe placement and smoke detector placement.
