The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a new warehouse with a center rail gridded system. The 8” underground service is apparently existing. The system will be supplied by a 6” riser and backflow preventer. The building is being designed using the spec warehouse provision of the Boise Municipal Code.

To construct a new 25,165 square foot, one story commercial shell building.. This building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls, steel interior structural columns and beams with metal roof deck. This permit also includes related site improvements. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
