For tenant improvements to the existing staff dinning and dry food storage area with work to include the installation of two new doors to the existing kitchen area and relocation of the dry storage and staff dinning areas. All work per the approved plans. This is a fully sprinklered building with alarm system. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 as regulated by the fire department.CDM
