Permit for renovation of an existing space for a new DL Evans bank. This space was previously occupied by Zion’s bank BLD01-01556. Minor demotion per approved plans included in this permit. Scope of work to include; interior non-bearing walls, new millwork, new interior doors and hardware, all new finishes and the installation of an ATM and night deposit on the Main Street elevation. The lobby located from the building off 9th street is a 1 hour rated enclosure and the rating shall be maintained. . This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
