This is for the underground portion of the project 6"x22 C-900 with necessary fitting and thrust blocks.. Above ground submittal to be submitted at a future date.

Permit to construct 4 floors Type V One Hour construction over 3 hour horizontal separation of the Type 1A 2 story parking garage per City of Boise Type V ordinance. This portion of the building consists of 26 units of condominium spaces on top of a two story concrete parking podium with 3 hour separation. The podium plans are currently under review as BLD14-02156. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. Separate Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinker permits will be required; as regulated by the Fire Department.**ajs
