The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of remodeling the second floor.

(I.C.R.M.P. - 2ND STORY REMODEL) (1-29-15 PLAN MODIFICATION TO DELETE THE PROPOSED NEW ENERGY RECOVERY UNIT ON THE 2ND STORY THAT WAS GOING TO SERVE A PORTION OF THE 2ND STORY AND TO PROVIDE A NEW ENERGY RECOVERY UNIT IN THE BASEMENT THAT WILL SERVE THE ENTIRE BUILDING INCLUDING THE ENTIRE 2ND STORY. WORK IS TO INCLUDE INSTALLING A NEW ENERGY RECOVERY UNIT AND REBALANCING THE SYSTEM.) Fire sprinkler system is used for story increase. To remodel the 10,683 square foot 2nd story of an existing 3 story building for an office tenant. The office tenant space will include a 1,310 square foot conference room. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, millwork, and finishes. New finishes will be installed within the existing restrooms. The restrooms are required to be accessible to the disabled. A new energy recovery unit will be installed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system, including quick-response heads, is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
