Shilo will connect in 3 locations at the property line where United Water has installed new 8" C900 pipe and install 8 X 6 reducer, 6" Yard PIV, and 6" C900 into the building (approximately 5'-0).

Plan Mod #1 - 8/01/2016
Remove the yard PIV and use a 2-hour rated riser room.

(CITY CENTER PLAZA) - Shell and Core Only - To complete the shell, core and exterior finishes for the 299,750 square foot, nine story office, retail, parking garage and convention center building with a 44,050 square foot, below grade bus transit center. This building is considered an addition to the existing approximate 304,610 square foot US Bank high rise building for allowable area, exterior opening and wall requirements. The existing high rise and new high rise addition will have separate sprinkler and alarm systems, as well as, their own fire command centers. This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. Rough to cover inspection for fire service underground supply line (south side) for the convention center fire sprinkler systems. A portion of the supply line was sleeved as it passed through a foundation wall.
NOTE: Supply line changed from permit set of plans, showing a change in layout - thrust blocks added for these changes as required. OK to cover pipe.
NOTE: Contractor accepts the risk of burying pipe prior to hydrostatic test.

Rough inspection of fire service underground supply line (south side) into convention center portion of the building. U/G supply line penetrates building foundation without proper clearanace. Contractor agreed to remove pipe as needed to provide a clearance sleeve (10") around the 6" supply line.

Two of the three stub-ins are ready for inspection. The two inspected at this time are the two stub-ins on the west side of the building, both west side stub-ins are approved for cover. The third stub-in still needs to be installed/ inspected before cover can be accomplished..
