(ALBERTSON'S GENERAL OFFICE)(SECOND FLOOR PHASE 1) This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and has 60 ft yards on all sides for unlimited area. Permit to renovate the approx. 33,750 sq ft of existing SW office space. Scope of work to include minor demolitions as shown on approved plans, new interior nonbearing partition walls to create new offices and add new systems furniture to open work space. New finishes shall meet IBC chapter 8. New lighting to be installed, the mechanical system will remain and be modified to accommodate the new layout. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
