[The District - Intown Building B - #1 - Udg Only] - Quick Permit
Shilo will connect to the new 4" gate valve installed by others and install new 4" C900 UG pipe into the new building for a fire sprinkler system per NFPA 13R, 2013 and the City of Boise.

(THE DISTRICT AT PARKCENTER - INTOWN BUILDING B - #1) (The drawings are filed under permit BLD14-01818 in ePlanReview) To construct a three story apartment building having a total of 76 dwelling units (24 units 1st story, 26 units 2nd story, and 26 units 3rd story). The 1st story will have a 1,630 square foot storage area with 21 storage units. The interior court on the 1st story will be used for assembly purposes with the egress system passing through the building and sharing the egress system that serves the 1st story apartments. The 1-hr corridors will be enclosed and conditioned and the 1-hr exterior stairways on all stories will be open to the outside. The total floor area of this building is about 81,567 square feet (about 27,189 square feet each story). For building area reasons, this building is divided by a 2-hr fire wall, each side having about 13,550 square feet per story. All ground floor units are required to comply as Type B dwelling units. Because this building does not have an elevator, none of the units located on the 2nd and 3rd stories are regulated for accessibility to the disabled. Work is to include 2-hr fire walls, interior nonbearing walls, 1-hr bearing walls, 1-hr roof-ceiling assemblies, 1-hr floor-ceiling assemblies, 1-hr dwelling unit separations (fire partitions and horizontal assemblies), attic insulation, interior doors, exterior windows and doors, insulated exterior walls, “Hardi-board” exterior siding, exterior manufactured stone wainscot, composition roof shingles, membrane roof coverings for flat roofs, 1-hr common corridors, 1-hr common exterior stairways, draftstops in floors and attics, millwork, and finishes. Structural work includes concrete footings, concrete stem walls, concrete floor slabs on grade with thickened footings at interior bearing walls, wood floor trusses, wood roof trusses, wood columns, wood beams, and shear walls. Special inspection is required for soils, concrete, and wood. The designs for the roof trusses and floor trusses are deferred submittal items. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13R and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
