The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(IDAHO CENTRAL CREDIT UNION) The exterior work consists of installing new composite metal panels, installing new standing seam metal roof, replace existing glazing with new glazing to match existing glazing, paint exterior cmu, replace existing parking lot lighting, and rework the east parking lot and parking lot landscaping. Interior TI work consist of demolition of existing improvements including walls doors, windows, ceilings window sills, mechanical, electrical, lighting. New interior work shall include new walls doors, windows, ceilings window sills, mechanical, electrical, lighting and
fire sprinkler system rework. Additionally the TI will include the infilling of two existing opening in the first and second floor atrium. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
