Removed the arm overs from the design. The wall heights are lower than originally planned.

(LCA ARCHITECTS – 2nd FLOOR) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,948 sq. ft. second floor office space. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of existing workstation, removal of office door and window, relocation of existing sink, create a new wall opening to access office, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
