The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a two level building. Both levels are protected with a grid type layout.

(GEORGE'S CYCLE)MECHANICAL IS A DEFERRED SUBMITTAL. Conversion of an existing auto parts warehouse and retail building into a bicycle retail shop and warehouse. This is a partial change of occupancy 15,611 sq ft on the main level and 7,735 sq ft of existing basement storage. . The Work to include exterior modifications as shown on approved plans. New opening cut in existing slab to relocate the stairs from the basement to meet the required separation, new accessible route, new nonbearing interior partition walls. This building will have a fire sprinkler system installed as part of this project to remove the existing firewall. The site work taking place in within ACHD right of way. The mechanical design and equipment is a deferred submittal. . This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
