The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a shell with a wet system. The system is design as a center rail, grid with a primary main branch line. The system is design for 3000 ft^2 due to an adjoining combustible crawl space. The system is supplied by 6”x245’± C-900 underground with associate fittings and thrust blocks. The 6”riser has a 6” backflow preventer with wall PIV. The three mains are 4” The primary main branch line is 6”and 4”. The branch piping is 2”

(111 BROADWAY – Shell and Core – North Bldg) Permit is to remodel and partially demolish an existing 10,223 square foot building. Demolition includes the removal of the 2,665 NE building that was previously considered part of this building and remodeling the remaining 4,893 square feet. Remodel consists of a complete exterior façade remodel including new soffits and storefront. Scope of work includes: interior demolition, new mechanical, new plumbing, new electrical, installation of a new sprinkler system, exterior soffits, new storefronts, remodel one restroom to become fully accessible (the other restrooms will be remodeled with tenant improvements), and interior finishes. At the competition of this project the building will be Fully Fire Sprinklered. NOTE: Separate Building Permits are required prior to occupying this space. No tenant improvement permits will be issued until non-build agreement is recorded and approved by the City of Boise Legal Dept. **TLW**
