The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(CAFE ZUPAS) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 7,117 sq. ft. building originally constructed for TGI Fridays restaurant by separating the new 3,301 sq. ft. vacant tenant space under BLD15-02309 and creating a new 3,816 sq. ft. Cafe Zupas restaurant. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include the construction of a new nonbearing 1 hour rated demising wall, removal of some exterior brick veneer and exterior wall to accommodate a new storefront system, construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create ADA restrooms, server room, kitchen area, serving area and condiment bar area, relocation of electrical panels, new lighting fixtures, removal of existing RTUs addition of new RTUs and exhaust fans, new mechanical ductwork, new millwork and counters and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
