WUI Zone A, Class A Roof, Permit for the construction of a new 2250 sq. ft., two story (upper level 550 sq. ft., main level 1700 sq. ft. and a finished basement 785 sq. ft. ) single family dwelling with 1 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, approximately 533 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 475 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans, Rescheck, plan review report and any notations. See special inspection form is attached, R-1C zoning and setbacks per planning. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
