RELOCATE 10 HEADS IN THE AREA OF WORK. EXISTING LINES AND MAINS WILL STAY IN PLACE. THE NEW HEAD LAYOUT IS TO ACCOMMODATE THE REMODEL AND COMPLY WITH NFPA 13 STANDARDS. EXISTING EQ BRACING AND HANGERS WILL STAY IN PLACE.


(GOLDEN EAGLE – 3RD FLOOR – SUITE 340) Permit is to remodel an existing 3,012 sq. ft. 3rd floor office space. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of existing select nonbearing interior walls, removal of select millwork, construction of select nonbearing walls to create 5 new offices, a break room, a storage room, relocating lighting fixtures and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
