Delete three (3) heads and relocate four (4) heads on 3rd floor due to wall removal, opening up former offices into open space.

(WHITE CLOUD ANALYTICS – SUITE #304) Permit is to remodel existing 5,092 sq. ft. office space by expanding into adjacent 4,374 sq. ft. area previously occupied by “Beck Advisory Group” under BLD10-02178 and creating a total 9,466 sq. ft. new tenant space. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls to create an open office space, removal of cabinets and cap plumbing from old break room, construction of select interior non-bearing wall to create entrance door, new break room counter and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Sprinkler piping is ok to cover except the two pendant heads at the soffit on the east side of the building. These two pendants are still located above the new ceiling grid so they still need to be modified to provide adequate coverage.
