(FALLING BROOK CONDOS – Building #3) Permit is to construct an 8-unit 14,320 square foot residential apartment building with 7,234 sq. ft. on the first story and 7.086 sq. ft. on the second story. This building is to be constructed on an existing foundation and is separated into three building areas by two firewalls. This building is fully fire sprinklered for occupancy group R2. All work per the approved plans and the attached engineering. All of the units in this building are two story and are not required to be accessible. CDM
