Permit for Interior remodel for a new 3,492 sq. ft. assembly restaurant tenant within an existing building per approved plans. Work to include new commercial kitchen and associated mechanical equipment, new Root top units, new ADA restrooms, ceiling systems, new electrical and lighting, new plumbing, exterior modifications to the facade. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
