[Simplot World Headquarters - Levels 3 and 4 Annex]
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of level 3 and 4 of the Annex. Connect to the previously installed 4" feed main up from level 2 associated with FIR15-00602 and FIR15-00641. Install floor control assemblies for each level and protect each level according to light and ordinary hazards. All associated piping, valves and drains shall be installed per NFPA 13, 14 requirements.

SIMPLOT OFFICE Tenant Improvement - This permit is to finish a new 306,345 square foot, nine story office building for occupancy. The first floor will have a large lobby area, customer experience area and office and training areas. There will be a wellness center at the south end of the main building. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish the future coffee shop, incubator space and future restaurant at the first floor of the annex. The second floor of the main building will be office space. The second floor of the annex will have a large lobby, a multipurpose assembly room and an auditorium. The third floor of the main building will be office space. The fourth floor of the main building will be office space. The fourth floor of the annex is a restaurant with a full kitchen and large exterior patio seating area. The fifth floor of the main building will be office space. The fifth floor of the annex has a kitchen, office areas and a greenhouse. The greenhouse structure is deferred and has not been reviewed or approved. The sixth floor will be office space with an exterior deck at the south end of the floor. The seventh floor will be office space with a large conference room, a kitchen and exterior decks at the east and west ends of the floor. The eighth floor will be office space. The ninth floor will be office space. The core areas were completed under the shell and core permit BLD14-02173. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
