[City Center Plaza - District Convention Center - Shell Protection & Standpipes]
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a five level convention center. This five level project is considered a part of one large building consisting of this area, a nine story office, a five story office and an existing nineteen story bank. This project is for shell and core only and four manual wet standpipes.

Plan Mod #1
Tenant improvement. Minor additional ceilings except for top floor which was redesigned.

Plan Mod #2 – 9/16/2016
• FP-2: The hose valves shown on the roof have been relocated to the bottom of the alternating tread device that goes to the roof.
• FP-4: The sprinklers shown in the elevator pits have been removed from the convention center system. The sprinklers in the pits will be supplied from the existing US Bank building dry system as the pits reside within the area of the US Bank building.
• FP-4: An FDC has been added to the West side of the building within 300’ of a fire hydrant.
• FP-8: The standpipe supply has been revised to show the installed location of the supply on the North side of the building between columns 9 and 11.
• FP-9: (Added Sheet) A line has been added under a large duct that was installed as part of the tenant improvement. 5 sprinklers have been calculated to prove the line size used. This is a new remote area #10. Calculations also provided.

(CITY CENTER PLAZA) - Shell and Core Only - To complete the shell, core and exterior finishes for the 299,750 square foot, nine story office, retail, parking garage and convention center building with a 44,050 square foot, below grade bus transit center. PLAN MODIFICATION 9-3-15 – Modification submitted to modify structure and layout to accommodate finalized freight elevators and machine rooms.**TLW** This building is considered an addition to the existing approximate 304,610 square foot US Bank high rise building for allowable area, exterior opening and wall requirements. The existing high rise and new high rise addition will have separate sprinkler and alarm systems, as well as, their own fire command centers. This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. Vertical sidewall heads have been added at the windows. I have had discussions with Scott about the requested final for this project and it has been determined that when the required signage is provided at all of the FDC's then a final on this permit can be given.

The two new window sprinklers are not installed as per the installation guide for distance below the window mullion. Also before a final sign off the signage the describes the area serviced by the FDC's need to be installed. Scott and I discussed final sign offs.
