The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(ST. LUKE’S – CENTRAL LAUNDRY FACILITY – Office Build out Expansion) To expand an existing 62,500 square foot tenant space (Previously permitted under BLD10-00043) into an adjacent 5,180 square foot area previously designated as a “Future Tenant Space”; this will create a new 67,680 square foot tenant space. Work is to include: [construct interior non-bearing non-combustible partitions to expand the sewing / folding rooms and to create an office area (three offices, one conference room and a reception area), installation of a new lighting, installation of new mechanical ducting, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
