The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protection a 11 unit 2 level condominium. The protection is designed per NFPA13R. The system utilizes CPVC piping and extended coverage residential sprinklers.

(FALLING BROOK CONDOS – Building #5) Permit is to construct a 11 unit 19,397 square foot residential apartment building with 10,549 sq. ft. on the first story and 8,848 sq. ft. on the second story. This building is fully fire sprinklered for the R2 occupancy. All work per the approved plans and the attached engineering. This building is ground up construction including foundation and flatwork.
