[City Center Plaza - Clearwater Analytics - 6th Floor]
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting the 6th floor of the Clearwater Analytics TI. BLD15-02368 is for floor 5-9. The other floors will be submitted later. A new main lines, branch lines, and sprinkler heads to provide complete coverage to the 6th Floor.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
