The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of Phase I Fire Protection Upgrade, convert three existing systems to ESFR sprinklers. The 4 new system risers will be supplied by a new 10" fire service line to supply a new 1500 Gpm @ 90 Psi electric fire pump.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

**Project Management-Ron Hill**(HAYDEN BEVERAGE - Loading Dock Addition) Phase I permit for exterior and interior improvements to an existing building with work to include partial removal exterior wall sections to accommodate new overhead doors and the construction of a new below grade loading dock approaches per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for unlimited area. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. Phase 2 being done under separate permit of BLD15-04516. CDM
