The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.


(RIVER STREET MIXED USE BUILDING - Shell and Super Structure) **Project Management-Angie Brosious** Permit is to construct the shell and super structure for a 4 story 16,581 square foot multi use building. This building will be fire sprinklered in the future for height increase and residential occupancies. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: construction of new exterior wood framed walls, construction of new interior exit stairways, construction of roof / floor ceilings, fire rating of the interior exit stairway, exterior coverings, and roof deck. This building will be fire sprinklered in the future for height increase and residential occupancies. Foundation permit pulled under BLD15-04236. **TLW**
