Install a new 4"x 73' +- C-900 underground piping, fittings and thrust blocks. UDG only on this submittal.

(NORTH POINTE RETAIL – BLDG #1 – Shell and Core) Permit is to construct a 4,966 square foot Retail / Office / Assembly Shell building. This building is constructed as a wood frame building and a concrete footing. Work includes: new foundation, new exterior walls, new mechanical, stubbing in plumbing into the building, site work, new wood frame exterior walls, new manufactured wood truss roof system, and new electrical (Exterior Lighting Approved). This building will be fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. System shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. NOTE: In accordance with Section C401.2 option #1 of the 2012 IECC; ANSI/ASHREA/IESNA 90.1 were used to show compliance with the Energy Code. The lighting installed within the tenant spaces shall also comply with ASHREA. **TLW**
