The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of level 5 - 9 office building. The system will connect to the existing standpipes. New floor control valve will be added. A wet system shall be installed utilizing concealer style pendant sprinkler along with ssu's and intermediate level pendant sprinkler per NFPA 13 for light and ordinary hazards.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

SIMPLOT OFFICE Tenant Improvement - This permit is to finish a new 306,345 square foot, nine-story office building for occupancy. The first floor will have a large lobby area, customer experience area and office and training areas. There will be a wellness center at the south end of the main building. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish the future coffee shop, incubator space and future restaurant at the first floor of the annex. The second floor of the main building will be office space. The second floor of the annex will have a large lobby, a multipurpose assembly room and an auditorium. The third floor of the main building will be office space. The fourth floor of the main building will be office space. The fourth floor of the annex is a restaurant with a full kitchen and large exterior patio seating area. The fifth floor of the main building will be office space. The fifth floor of the annex has a kitchen, office areas and a greenhouse. The greenhouse structure is deferred and has not been reviewed or approved. The sixth floor will be office space with an exterior deck at the south end of the floor. The seventh floor will be office space with a large conference room, a kitchen and exterior decks at the east and west ends of the floor. The eighth floor will be office space. The ninth floor will be office space. The core areas were completed under the shell and core permit BLD14-02173. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
