The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding sprinklers below a new mezzanine, in new offices and below some new cloud ceilings.

(MOUNTAINLAND DESIGN) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 11,407 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the removal of interior nonbearing partition walls, construction of new interior nonbearing and bearing walls to create a new mezzanine, offices, showroom areas and three new accessible restrooms per the approved plans and the attached engineering. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. No city approved plans or small documents on site. I noted several areas that lack sprinkler coverage. Also additional fittings have been added which could affect the remote area. Plan review needs to provide approval of the revised plans/calculations.
