[City Center Plaza - Convention Center - 4th Floor]
Connect the existing core fire sprinkler system and install new main lines and branch to supply the entire 4th floor of the City Center Plaza which is part of the Convention Center. The system is designed for OHII.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

(THE DISTRICT CONVENTION CENTER FOR GBAD – BOISE CENTRE EAST AT CITY CENTER PLAZA – 1ST, 2ND, AND 4TH STORIES AND 5TH LEVEL) The fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy and to comply with the high-rise requirements of the building code.

4th Story Convention Center: To construct a Convention Center that will occupy the entire 49,767 square foot 4th story. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, folding partitions, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board soffits, and finishes. An assisted use toilet room is required because more than 6 water closets are required to serve the occupant load of the convention center. Some door modifications to two stairway enclosures are required to deal with the accumulative occupant loads resulting from the main exit. Special Inspection is required for welding.
