The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(SYKES)(HP BLDG 8) This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Permit to remodel portions of the HP building 8, 2nd Floor with new table break area, locker room, kitchenette and some quad open areas. Scope of work includes minor demolition as shown on approved drawings. Interior finish shall meet IBC chapter 8. C of O issued for this tenant under BLD15- 02271. Previous tenant Maximus call center BLD13-01745. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
