[River Street Mixed Use Building]
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a four level building protected per NFPA 13. The building is mixed use with mercantile on the first level, office on the second level and levels 3 & 4 are dormitory. The building does not have an attic and is framed with composite wood joists filled with noncombustible insulation. There are floor control and standpipe isolation valves. The system is supply by 6”x 73’+- C-900 underground piping through a4” backflow preventer with a 4” header. Piping on the first floor is steel with the remainder of the piping being CPVC.

Permit is to complete an interior build out of a 4 story 16,581 square foot multi use building. The first floor will be a vanilla finish of two office suites, the second floor is a common area and two apartments, the third and fourth floor are dormitories for high school exchange students. This building will be fire sprinklered for height increase and residential occupancies (A compliant NFPA 13 is required). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: [Construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two office suites, two interior exit stairways, two apartments, common area (kitchen / living room, dining area), 18 dorm rooms, two common shower rooms, two laundry rooms, and accessory spaces), new electrical (reduced interior lighting to comply with Additional Efficiency Option), new mechanical, new appliances, new plumbing, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building’s super structure was permitted under BLD15-04329 and the foundation permit was pulled under BLD15-04236. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
