(CRITICAL SYSTEMS, Inc – Phase I – Two story enclosed area inside warehouse) Permit is to create the structural shell of a new 4,935 square foot two story area inside the existing warehouse. Note: this permit will change construction type to a VB building from a IIB building and change warehouse from an S-1 occupancy to an S-2 occupancy. Although the 2nd floor will eventually add area at this time it is unoccupied with no stairs to access the area; therefore, this permit does not increase the area of the building. The existing building is 37,762 square feet. This building is fire sprinklered for building area and fire area. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: new isolated concrete footings, new steel columns / beams, new wood bearing walls, new i-joist floors, and new rough openings. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. New construction will require the sprinkler system be extended to cover this area immediately in order to maintain coverage. **TLW**

General rough-in passed. Earth quake bracing has not been installed yet. Need more supply pipe installed prior to hydro test. Need as-builts showing the four additional heads installed on kick backs on the west end of the system. The combustible concealed spaces/double walls will need to be addressed prior to a cover inspection.
