(P&G – 9TH STORY - SUITE 920) Fire sprinklers used for high rise. To create a new 4,257 square foot tenant space, this tenant space is on the 9th story of a new high rise building. Work is to include: removal of select wall for new door opening, removal of select door/door frame for new door with sidelight, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a conference room, a breakroom, (4) huddle rooms, a mother’s room, a communications room, a storage room, a copy/mail room, open office area and a vestibule, new sink at breakroom, new acoustic suspended ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and finishes that meet chapter 8 of the IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
